*Rain or shine! If it rains on the day of the concert, the performance will be held inside the Redfield School Cafetorium.*
Redfield Fun Fair! Invite your family and friends to the concert! Make sure to bring blankets and chairs as the seating will be on grass. Come hungry! There will be chicken tenders from PDQ, snacks, drinks, baked goods and flowers available for purchase! ALL proceeds go directly to Encore, our high school touring show choir. Come help these kids fundraise their tour to Disney World this spring!

Limited space is available each night! We encourage some of you to invite your family and friends to the second night as to not overcrowd the first one. We don’t want to turn anyone away!
We also ask that you stay and see BOTH shows. It’s not fun for the older group to look out and see empty seats because families left after watching the first one. If you must leave, please sit in the back. Think of the kids!
Fall Concert T-Shirt Order Form - DUE BY 9/20
Each student enrolled in a SHOW CHOIR class must have a class t-shirt to be worn at the fall concert. If your child already has a class t-shirt from the previous year, you do not need to order a new one. T-shirts are $15 and will be added to your October invoice.
Each student enrolled in a HIP HOP class must have a black “Do Re Mi School of the Arts” t-shirt to be worn at the fall concert. T-shirts are $15 and will be added to your October invoice.
Billing Procedures and Calendar
Our per semester tuition is broken down into even monthly payments. If you would like to pay the semester in full, please let us know and we can send you an invoice with the full breakdown. Please note, we do not pro-rate tuition.
Show Choir classes (Take-A-Bow, Notables, Act One, & Spotlighters)
August 19 & 20 - Tuition Due (1/2 payment for August)
September 2 & 3 - Tuition Due
September 30 & Oct. 1 - Tuition Due + $15 costume Fee due
November 4 & 5 - Tuition + Recital Fee Due ($45 per student, max two per family)
December 2 & 3 - Tuition Due
*All tuition, costume and recital fees must be paid before the December 14 concert.
Parent Portal & Payment Options
Once you are a registered family of Do Re Mi, you’ll have access to your very own parent portal. Here, you’ll be able to pay tuition and enroll in future classes. To access the portal, visit doremischool.com and click “parent portal”.
You will receive an invoice via email each month for tuition. Tuition is due on the first class of each month. There will be a $15 late fee posted to the account if we do not receive payment by the 3rd class of each month. We offer two payment options.
Option I. Pay with credit card online
Credit card information can be added through the parent portal. When you first registered, you had selected whether you would like to “Enroll in Auto-Pay” or “Manual Self-Pay”.
Option II. In-person cash or check payment
Checks can be made payable to “Do Re Mi School of the Arts” or “Do Re Mi”.
