Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Please see your student's assigned concert and dress rehearsal time below. Students should arrive 5 minutes early to help us stay on schedule. Check-in will take place in the lobby, where a Do Re Mi helper will greet your child and escort them into the theatre. Please note that parents are not permitted in the theatre during rehearsal or backstage during the performance.

6PM Concert - Notables, Act One, Spotlighters, 1st - 8th grade Just Dance, & Encore*Students will be escorted back out to the lobby after their allotted dress rehearsal time.
2:30pm - 3:00pm: Notables
3:00pm - 3:15pm: 1st & 2nd grade Just Dance
3:15pm - 3:45pm: Act One
3:45pm - 4:00pm: 3rd & 4th grade Just Dance
4:00pm - 4:30pm: Spotlighters

4:45pm - 5:00pm: Opening
5:00pm: ALL students back to the theatre for finale rehearsal. We will take them into the dressing room until showtime!

Order tickets through Scottsdale Civic Center! On Sale Thursday, April 9 at 10am. Share this link with friends and family! (Tickets available online, by phone (480) 499-8587 Wed-Sat 11am-5pm, or at the box office).
Tickets are $15-$20, Scottsdale Arts fees may apply. Pre-order suggested as tickets raise by $5 the day of.

Flowers for your shining star! - Order Now
It is tradition in the theatre to give flowers or small gifts on opening night. In keeping with this tradition, Encore, Do Re Mi's elite high school touring show choir, is fundraising for their upcoming tour to Hawaii by offering flowers at our spring concert. Surprise your young shining star with a bouquet after the show while supporting these wonderfully talented students! *Orders will be available for pick-up 30 minutes before the concert.
Digital Recording
Your recital fee billed in April includes a professional digital recording of the concert by Allied Video Productions. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the concert for it to be delivered to your inbox.
Costumes
Costume fees were billed in February. Costumes were distributed the week of April 13.

Our per semester tuition is broken down into even monthly payments. If you would like to pay the semester in full, please let us know and we can send you an invoice with the full breakdown. Please note, we do not pro-rate tuition.

Parent Portal & Payment Options
Once you are a registered family of Do Re Mi, you’ll have access to the parent portal. Here, you’ll be able to pay tuition and enroll in future classes. To access the portal, visit doremischool.com and click “parent portal”.
You will receive an invoice via email each month for tuition. Tuition is due on the first class of each month. There will be a $15 late fee posted to the account if we do not receive payment by the 15th of each month. We offer two payment options.
Option I. Auto-Pay with debit/credit card via parent portal
Option II. In-person cash or check payment
Checks can be made payable to “Do Re Mi School of the Arts” or “Do Re Mi”.
